We offer a 7-day return and exchange facility from the date of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.
• No cash refunds are available. Approved returns will be eligible for exchange only.
• Products that are damaged, used, or missing original packaging may not be accepted.
• Customers should contact us within 7 days with their order number and reason for return/exchange.
• Return/exchange shipping charges may apply depending on the reason for the request.
• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the eligible exchange.
